Michael Weaver
Michael Weaver is an author, podcaster, entrepreneur, investor and Founder of Weaver Sales Academy, a sales training organization for insurance professionals. After starting his insurance career in 2010, he went on to win multiple awards as a State Farm agent, including Rookie of the Year and President’s Club Agent.
He’s coached and trained over 17,000 insurance agents over the past 8 years, and one thing always stays the same — everyone wants to increase their profitability, have more time in their agency and in their lives, become even better entrepreneurs, and make a positive impact and leave a legacy. Courtney Weaver is a podcaster, entrepreneur, and CEO of Weaver Sales Academy, a sales training organization for insurance professionals. Courtney has founded and led multiple sales organizations driving over $5 million in revenue in the past 3 years through mindset and performance coaching, along with teaching key strategies in marketing and consumer behavior. She founded an online fitness company and grew it to over six figures in less than 6 months, and reached the top rank of a network marketing company in 2020 in less than 2 years.
Courtney co-founded Weaver Sales Academy with her husband Michael after working as Chief Marketing Officer and President of Training and Development in a scratch insurance agency for 8 years. Weaver Sales Academy takes a holistic approach to your insurance agency and entrepreneurial journey, with a team of coaches and professionals ready to deliver an amazing customer experience and exponential growth, both personally and professionally.
